Ever since its production of the very first diesel engine in Korea in 1958,

Hyundai Doosan Infracore has been supplying diesel and natural gas engines developed with ts proprietary technology at large-scale engine production facilities to customers all around the world. Hyundai Doosan Infracore is now taking a leap forward as a global engine manufacturer that places top priority on customer satisfaction.

In 2001, Doosan develop engines to cope with Tier 2 regulations and GE series of engines with natural gas engine for generator sets. In 2004, Doosan introduced the Euro 3 engine (DL08 and DV11). And in 2005, Doosan established manufacturing facilities for Tier 3 (DL06) engines and began to sell Tier 3 (DL06) engine in 2006, and supply Euro 4 engines in 2007. To 2016, Doosan already supplied small diesel engines (G2) to major agricultural machine manufacturers and produced over hundreds thousands of units of the G2 engines.

For Doosan series diesel generator sets, it could offer wide diesel power range both including 1500rpm and 1800rpm, which covers diesel power plant rating from 62kva to 1000kva. Some of them are with pump system of high pressure common rail. Most of their models meet emission of Tier II.

Doosan series power station is quite popular in Southeast Asian countries, African areas and Russian market. It is good at emergency power supply fields with its advantage including low fuel consumption, durable running, and reliable performance. Comparing with other imported engine series, like Perkins, its delivery time is a bit shorter and price is more competitive than Perkins series price.
